Beyond Netcode -
You'll recognize a lot of these from Beta - we haven't stopped wanting them, only difference is now a bunch of people think we were terrible Beta Testers for not getting them into the Release version ^^
1. A Surrender Button
2. Organized Team/Clan Support - I know it's in the works, but part of this is allowing people to make custom, ranked, ladder games themselves. You are removing Custom ranks, fine. They've been abused, I understand. However, Skirmish and Pantheon are going to be great when they fully blossom but they cannot replace the ability to play the game with your friends on the map of your choice for some sort of stakes.
Just put a toggle button in the Custom games Host menu next to Password for "Ranked Game." If you select this option then all options in lobby will be default except Map Choice, Mode Choice and Player Slots. Simple fix, but the sooner you bring it in the better.
Private Pantheon ladders would also be nice.
3. Sophisticated UI options. Allied DG Portraits, Minion Portraits, and the ability to show baseline numbers on pretty much everything. Every player should have the option to see these numbers or turn them off.
I'd like to see Allied DG Mana, rather than us having to type "ooM" every time - make team information at least a little more complete. Seeing opponent mana will be controversial but I'd like to try it.
A "Target" ping as well as the excellent "Location" ping would be useful - something that pops up over the enemy you want your allies to hit next
4. Impulse Overlay Functionality. I can't import friends from Impulse and it won't recognize any names I enter. Fix please. Also, per Exile below, please allow us to follow friends into games.
5. Map Tweak - Crucible still needs help. Look at the Conquest game length times on that map compared to Prison or Cataract. I'll eat my hand if the games aren't 20-40% longer. Have you tried playing a game of Slaughter on Crucible? Between Citadel thorns and a crystal within shooting range games can last forever. Like forever. Move the towers so that 4 can't focus all at once, put the Crystal where the shop is and the shop where the crystal is...I wouldn't care but if I'm playing ranked games apparently I have to play on that map, so....
6. Pantheon/Skirmish Choices - That the only games ranked in Epoch 1 are going to be random modes and maps is pretty funny. I'd like the option of playing Skirmish or Pantheon games in a particular mode and map size. Or at least let me know what kind of game I'm going into.
For example - I'm not going to chose to play Oak if I know I am going into a Slaughter game. He's great support and decent killer but he's gonna lose to Regulus or TB in that mode more times than not, especially if his allies are feeding. He can't kite like they can and he can't nuke like they can. Outside of losing, some people are going to want to specialize in Conquest over Domination, etc. and they should be allowed to do that without penalty.
Finally, many people have limited time to play. Putting those people on a gigantic map (or Slaughter in Crucible) isn't really very fair, is it?
The potluck you have set up right now should be a choice, not the status quo.
7. Ranking/matchmaking in general needs to be alot tighter, and this might just be a time issue, but if not it would be nice to see this get some love.

10. This bug has persisted since Beta 1 - skills and auto-attack will fail to proc until you abort by moving, at which point the skill is available again. I and my allies have lost kills or failed to prevent them in Every. Single. Game. due to this bug. It will suck when a tournament player loses because of it. In the finals. On live TV.
11. Fix Favor reset bug, please

Reduce the price on warpstone around 15% or make kiting less effective - it's not a huge issue right now, but in a 2 v 2 where one team has the favor reset bug (can't get Cloak of Night) and is playing against a good Reg or QoT or TB kiter on Prison winning is close to impossible. Effective Kiting is very difficult to beat with melee now that stunchains and stacked slows are out unless you have a blink item.
13. Start hosting tournaments for fun, cheap prizes
14. Per Exile - we could use many, many filters and options in the game selection lobby and in the game lobby -

15. Reward Heals and Damage Mitigation - you have given us some beautiful heals and damage mitigation abilities but we get no favor for using them. The endgame scorecard should include recognition for Most Life Healed and maybe one for Most Damage Absorbed (for things like Shield and Bramble). Give the cat some love.

lol, its funny how since ive played demigod, ive been blissfully unaware of how much was actually missing. not to complain, but all thest little UI extras missing are becoming to dawn on me. while i do admit number 10 on OP list is quite frustrating (have lost numerous kills to this), i still think the UI needs some love. Exile hit it exactly for me. (nice thoughts though Kestrel)

After MP lobbies needs tons of love, many of the suggestions Exile96, I totally agree with.

multiplayer is all about teaming
its no sense pantheon is based on random pugs
Crap netcode causing upload spikes. Fix that and i'm happy.

O' and I will say... I'm NOT in favor of the "A Surrender Button"
I'm pretty much play games with the Galaxy Quests motto, "Never give up, never Surrender!"
There are many games you can come back from, if you don't give up. Hell I had a game I was dominating in and I kept spending it all on gear for my demigod. I was unstoppable! Some people would have quit. Instead the other team saved and then blew there cash on creep upgrades. They did a corrdinated attack on portals and I could not be in all places at once.
Before I knew what hit us, our Fortress was getting attacked via 4+ portals. I was not able to defend AND get portals back. They won the game dispite early domination by me.
Anyway while I know people hate losing or are poor sports about losing, I think this option will just encourage that behavior more so. I know lots of people just want to play *more games* and only play in winning games, but again I think that's poor sportsmenship for the most part.
Stay and finish the game, if things look bad keep trying! Don't keep hitting a higher level demigod head on, run! That demigod can't be in all places at once, try to harass and take flags/portals where they are not.

#10, yes, I usualy play healer/catwomen, and I've got some flak from people "why did'nt you heal me?"; I did, it just froze till I moved. That plus they can't see I'm out of mana (or my cat has to use it's giant litter box). People already just quit; you have no idea if it's a DC or a pouting kid who thought "I MAY not win, so buh-bye". At least with a surender button, you know the person "surrenderd", and your opponent know that you "surrendered" too, not that you just chucked the game cause your a bad loser". Chat needs to show text longer, most never see the text it flashes so fast. Even when I HAVE been able to get time to type OOM, nobody saw it.
The following is really missing for me:Healing, giving items and other things you can to with allied demigods should me made easier.It's chaotic to heal another demigod which is surrounded by a horde of creeps and other demigods.Maybe some portraits ad the top of the screen like in diablo 2 should make it much better:

Pathing issues need to be fixed, both for demigods and minions. Additionally, sometimes DGs do not obey commands.
The surrender button isn't for the losing team, it's for the winning team. If the losing team wants to quit, they just quit. You can't stop that. Now the winning team is stuck fighting the AI or leaving as well and taking a rating hit. A surrender button would let the losing team acknowledge their defeat, give the winning team credit, and save everyone a little time.
