Yesterday my Multiplicity install prompted for re-registering. I own M4-Pro. Now all the Pro features are grayed-out. Machine is set to primary. I have 4.0.1.1 installed, unfortunately I cannot recall how close that upgrade and this problem are in when they manifested. It was not directly after the upgrade, but somewhat close.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try, uninstall Multiplicity, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Also, might need to deactivate and reactive it using your M4 Pro license key. Retest it and report back.
Thank you,Basj,Stardock Community Assistant.
IU did an uninstall, reboot, reinstall and then instead of using the email registration, I did a new license using the activation code from my Stardock account and it worked fine. I suspect there's an older license for Multiplicity, far older version, tied to my email address, so when I used the code it by-passed that out-dated license information.thanks for the quite quick reply!
Great, glad to hear that.
Thank you,
