I just had to go through the process of creating a new account, Actually, Adam said it was a refresh, however, I had to change my user name. The issue arose when trying to sign into my account, and I kept receiving an activation loop.So now that I sort of have my account back, I just noticed that I lost my purchased software and most of my Wincustomize purchases. How to I get all that back, I suppose I will be told to open another ticket? if so, can the proper link be provided?I have also just noticed the insert image button is missing here so I cannot post a screenshot.UPDATE: OK, so I just noticed that this must be a new account, not a refresh because of the join date, I need my old account back (JuniorCrooks), not this one. I am also using the same email for the 2 accounts.
Kenneth... your original account still shows, however it's a different email to the one you just made '66' with.
T-Man posted a list of people who were 'lost' in the crash... you weren't one of them so your original account should function.
Try closing ALL tabs related to Stardock, first logging out with that '66'.
Clear cookies...
Then type in directly https://forums.wincustomize.com don't use a favourite link or anything.
You should then be prompted to add username etc... and use the original not the new one.
With a bit of luck it 'should' work ...
Not working for me Paul, I have the same issue of the account activation loop. I was surprised to hear you say that the emails are different, I was sure the 2 I used are the same, one problem might be if it is my old yahoo email, I no longer have that so I tried both with my outlook email and my gmail email, the funny thing is, on the final account activation page that pops up after I already validated the email address by clicking on it in my email, it says that I am logged in as JuniorCrooks at the top in small print but it still asked me to do the validation process. I keep doing it but get nowhere, and I did make sure to follow your instructions.
As a last step, we ask that you please validate your email address. We have sent you an email containing this validation link, please click it and then proceed. Can't find it? Resend Email
Kenneth.. I deleted your email addy in the post above...so you don't get spam etc.
The original account is listed at your yahoo email.
If you no longer have that email account I believe what Adam is requesting is a confirmation of the new email addy.
I guess what we really need is a sequence of formal steps to log back into the sites, covering every option such as not having the original account email etc.
You're not alone in the hoop-jumping... I had a bit of that myself as the crash happened on the one week a year I actually turn the computer off and thus was not still logged in.
BTW...there is a third user acc, possibly not you... JuniorCrooks2 at a gmail address.
I tried to use JuniorCrooks2 for the account I created tonight, butit said it was already in use, I cannot recall setting that up, but I must have, as that is a unique name (my actual name)I don't know where to go with this, perhaps I will create another ticket but for now I am frustrated and need a break.Thanks Paul for everything, I do appreciate it.

Yeah, that is also my account, I was able to log into that with my current gmail addy.I think the real problem is I no longer have my Yahoo email account so I cannot validate my JuniorCrooks account.

Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. If all steps taken fail. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Nope. You're not on the list T-Man posted, so you 'should' be able to log out and back in as a cache issue.
Am still hanging out for an online response from Adam re correct/successful solution to failed logins... but please be aware the recovery is still a work in progress.
