Windows 10; 22H2 Build 19045.5487

I've now played two missions and could not complete either of them due to bugs. Mission 2, where I have to "enfold" three minor words... I've done that, but the mission still won't end. 

Mission 3, I've occupied the planet and now it says I have to scan it. I've assigned a governor, but despite combing every pixel of the planet screen, and looking through forums, I can't figure out how to do this. Forums refer to a "project" that is not appearing for me. Is this some tech I need to research? If so, why isn't that in the mission guidance?

I'll include save game files to help. I don't see any attachment functionality on this forum, which seem strange. So I'll share via open OneDrive links.

Honestly, I won't be playing ANY more missions now since both of the ones I've tried have been bugged. VERY ANNOYING!!!
