I saw a post from a few years ago that suggested excluding applicationframehost.exe so that Windows Blinds would ignore UWA apps. My problem is that when I go into Windows blinds per application settings and select the add option, it cannot see the application. When using regular file explorer, I can see it fine. Any suggestions?
I found this in the Windowblinds documentation a while back.
Tip: You do not have to navigate to the directory containing the .EXE you want to include if you know the name of the .EXE. Simply type the name and press the Enter key (or the Open button).
Give that a try. As I remember applicationframehost.exe was hard to find.

I found it on my Win11 system in C:\Windows\System32
There's a program called Everything that will let you search your all you hard drives for any file you want by name. It will also match partial names to files that include that partial name. I've been using it a long time and has been a lifesaver many times.
Thanks, I was under the impression we had to navigate to the file, but just typing the application name does work.
I can confirm this worked because the Win11 settings app went back to normal... however...
Unfortunately there must be something with Windows11 and/or the YourPhone app that works differently than other UWA apps. Got any ideas on the phone app?
Sometimes the apps has it own exe file, try excluding that specific file.

On my system YourPhone is called Phone Link. I used the instructions on this page to find its location:

Use Method #2.
Unfortunately I was not able to prevent that app from skinning.
