Hello,
As mentioned, Steam games can be launched using URLs like "steam://rungameid/2325290" by creating shortcut icons on the desktop. May I know how to add these icons to Start11?
Previously, I used Fences3 to organize multiple Steam game shortcuts (within shaded areas) and added them to a Start11 group page (from Fences). This setup worked perfectly.
However, after removing Fences3, all the icons disappeared, and I couldn’t find a way to add Steam URL icons directly into Start11. Could you please guide me on how to achieve this?Thank you!

Hello,If you open your start menu and search for the game in the start panel and right click on the game there should be pin to Start11 item on your right click menu. Try use that and see the game get pinned to your Start panel.

What if the steam icons are not in the Start menu already?
I recently installed Windows 11 on a new partition. All of my steam games are on different drives. I have all of there icons in a folder, and they work. But how do I pin them to the Start11 menu?
Hello basj,I’ve encountered a new issue. It seems that Start11 cannot pin "*.ps1" (PowerShell files). May I ask if there’s a solution for this?
Thats strange. How are you trying to pin and which menu style are you using?
If you are using Win10 / 11 etc styles then the right click menu in a group has new->Pin item which should open a browse window to pick the file you want. This should allow .PS1 files just fine.
like thisim can't see "pin start11" on *.ps1,but *.bat is ok.and if in mean > add file > choose folder >(can't see *.ps1)
win 10 styles
add flie
you could open up the start menu folder can create a steam games folder, then place those shortcuts in there. They will then show up in all start menu modes for you to right click and pin.
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
if using the windows 10 style, you can just right click an empty space on the right side and click new>pin file.
Thanks for the reply. I actually started doing that after I posted.. Unfortunate that it has to be that way on new installs.
