I haven't used Multiplicity in many years (like 7yrs) but I have a need for it currently. Wondering if there's a way to have my license key reset on the back end so I can get back to using it on my current machines? All of my old workstations are LONNNGGG gone and have been destroyed by now.
Try using the method discussed in the Stardock website deactivation method here: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct
A separate issue might be whether the version of the software from back then would even work on current OSs...you might be better served by obtaining a new license from your original or a new account.
Thank you!!! That worked!
You're welcome.
Hey also FWIW, if you run across this in the future...Multiplicity 3 is functioning perfectly on my two machines, the primary is Windows 11 ENTERPRISE and secondary (laptop) is Windows 11 PRO. Running across two different VLANs (laptop is wireless) THANKS AGAIN!
I got the impression the version you were trying to recover was older...but I'm certainly glad you recovered the software.
