Probably some measure of ignorance or stupidity on my part but I cannot get the forum avatar to work. I've used the Stardock Accounts page as instructed and the avatar I want to use fits the measurements (100x100, .jpg or .png, 40KB or less) and all I get is this generic 'person' icon instead of the picture I've uploaded. Any help figuring out what I'm doing wrong would be appreciated.
I'd suggest signing out of forums, clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then logging back into forums.
I'm seeing what appears to be a flaming capital V. Is that what you uploaded?

Now please try logging out of both areas both the forums here and then also the wincustomize home page. Now clear browser history and cache and close browser. Start a fresh browser and login in both locations home page and forums. Start a fresh post and see if it is updated now for you.
