So do Epic people who early accessed ALSO need the premium pass? Or was that included?
If I bought Sins 2 on Epic can I register it on Steam?
I just purchased the game on Steam
Oh I didn't realize there was a Premium edition. I didn't see it on Steam, or I wasn't looking hard enough to see it.
Do players who early accessed on EPIC need to buy an additional full price Premium-Edition? I can´t find an upgrade.
WOW-- just finished a game-- love the new graphics, interface and factions!!!!
Chatted with Epic Games customer support, and early adopters can buy the SOSE II: Content Pass add-on, which will upgrade your base game to premium. Unfortunately, they would not budge one inch about providing a discount for early adopters.
Just plain dirty. Next time waiting for steam. What was the benefit to early access and being on epic? No one wanted to be on Epic, and one of the only benefits to it was the possibility to savings being passed down. Not here. Rather valve get the 30% honestly if the gouging starts this early.
Not sure how I really feel on it yet. I would refund if I could, don't think I can though...cause Epic.
ok, I just bought the content pass to upgrade the early adopter version to "premium", so where is it, how can I install it? Anyone know?
Please check the following link for assistance https://www.sinsofasolarempire2.com/keytransport
Hello! Epic's base game and Steams are currently identical, the Premium edition essentially serves as a bundle of the base game and content pass which unlocks the first wave of DLC as it becomes available (no day 1 DLC), if you are interested in the content pass, it can be found in the ad ons section of the Epic page

Discounts should currently be identical between platforms, and if you would prefer, we did manage to set up a key transfer system here: https://www.sinsofasolarempire2.com/keytransport to help facilitate early adopters
wow. Tyvm.
They offer a key migration to Steam. Makes me happy.
What is the best way to get the premium edition for epic early access buyers who want to transfer to steam?
That's true. There's no Upgrade DLC there that I can see.
Yes, good to know! Wish I had known about that sooner. Not sure why customer support never mentioned that. Since I had some Epic Rewards I bought the Content Pass through Epic already. Any chance I can port my Epic Games SOSE II: Content Pass over to steam as well? It's not clear to me, but when you port your Epic Games edition over to Steam, there is a link to buy the Content Pass through that porting website. I think that is the way to get the Content Pass on Steam right now, as no DLC or add-ons are listed in the steam store.
You can use our store to get a steam key with an upgrade: https://www.sinsofasolarempire2.com/store
At the porting website it should be a steam key you get. So you can just redeem it on steam
I bought the early adopter edition in Epic, I also bought the DLC to upgrade it to premium (which I don't see by the way, guessing because is not out yet?) and then I submitted my key to steam, I wanted to confirm if the DLC I bought in Epic will be transferred to steam as well as soon as it's available
On the transfer page there's a link afterwards to purchase the upgrade directly via stardock. Just did it and it gave me a steam key.
