The issues with the Leader Trait description strings has previously been reported.

However, I am following up and providing direct access to the XML files where it has been fixed or corrected.

• Added missing tooltip trait descriptions, for example:
  • "Irresponsible with money."
  • changed to: "Irresponsible with money.[BR][BR]-40% [HS=HS_ColonyGrossIncome]Income[/HS] when assigned as Governor."

• Edited (a few) tooltip trait descriptions for wording consistency, for example:
  • "As a diplomat boosts the [HS=HS_Manufacturing]Manufacturing[/HS] of the civilization they are assigned to by 5%."
  • changed to: "As a diplomat, +5% [HS=HS_Manufacturing]Manufacturing[/HS] of the civilization they are assigned."

• Added missing tooltip hyper-links, for example:
  • "+3 Population Capacity and -6% Approval when assigned as a Governor."
  • changed to: "+3 [HS=HS_Population]Population[/HS] Capacity and -6% [HS=HS_Approval]Approval[/HS] when assigned as Governor."

• Corrected grammar (you do not end a sentence with a preposition)

• Corrected missing punctuation
