when setting dark mode in windows 10 win32 apps like task manager,control panel ,file properties.file transfer etc. are not in dark mode,because they are old legacy programs, i get that but what is the best third party app or method, safe and actually works by making all of them dark mode as well.?
( i want to have my own theme in windows personalization,colors,cursors sounds,etc)
windowblinds change soo much and i only need dark mode on these non supported apps.
and please suggest all possible method and i will look for the best one.
For Windows 11 the answer would be Rectify. Not sure if there ist someting similar for 10.

i know its not meant for windows 10 but i tried it before, it looks great my main issue i cant have my own custom color? it forces some color and i dont know a way i can edit that theme

But there are ways to get it in various ways. The easiest is to use a browser like Opera that has a built in setting to force dark mode to all pages like this:
Sorry c242, I think this thread got hijacked. Vivaldi also offers a setting to force dark mode on all sites.
There are also several plugins for other browsers that can do this.

I will try to apply a theme using secureuxtheme, that only applies dark mode without any huge changes, hopefully i can find one
