Advanced Crew Training does not give 700 XP to Titans when they are built. They are built with only the 200 XP from Basic Crew Training. Am currently in a game with the Ankylon but i remember it was the same for the others as well.
Are you suuure?Titans need 500 XP to level up to level two, unlike capital ships, that need 200 for level two and and extra 500 for level 3. When I get both crew trainings, my Titan starts at level 2 with 200 extra XP. Just tested it with a Vorastra.
You are right, i was expecting it to have 700 xp, not 200 but since the first 500 are used for the first level, that's why it only gets you to 200XP on top of Level 2. My bad.
