If there are specific apps that the app does not work (well) with, please note what apps and their exact versions. If any app is not common, a link to a trial version would be appreciated.

If you report issues while in any of those early release channels, you should not expect them to be addressed unless it still exists in a retail version of Windows.

So my issue I reported before with the ghost window does still exist but it's very rare now. I can mitigate it every time by waiting a few seconds before releasing the mouse button. It must be a timing issue between my system and groupy. Never the less everything is working well. So I would like to make a wishlist for future versions. Some have already been suggested but here we go.
1. Option to turn off position/size restoration. I have an app that I group about 6 to 8 of into a single group. The app itself handles restoring size/position so when opening the group I get a lot of jerky motion due to the app opening in "its" last saved position and then groupy "grabbing" it resizing etc..
2. Live position tracking in case #1 is turned on. It should just handle it itself instead of having to click the menu then click save group each time you change the group. This goes for adding/removing tabs.
3. Restore the tab positions. Depending on how long it takes to launch the app for the tab, tab positions can get mixed up. Imagine an app that takes 5-8 seconds to open. Also the last active tab should be restored. Not sure how groupy handles the launches (i.e WaitForInputIdle for each tab) or if it just launches then all at once and snags them based on process name etc..

All in all this version is working and looking sweet. Great work guys/gals.
The auto-update and manual update checks didn't pickup the 2.1.0.3 version when attempting to upgrade from 2.1.0.1. I had to install via the installer supplied through the downloads section of my profile.
When the option New Explorer tabs should open in same folder is disabled, CTRL+T no longer works to open a new tab.CTRL+N still works and opens a new tab in the same folder.
Can you please fix this?
I'm on Windows 11 22H2 (Build 22621.1992)Groupy version: 2.1
It seems to be functioning properly for me with yesterdays beta, do you have that one installed?
I might suggest uninstalling, reboot, and reinstall

No, I'm using the Stable version that got pushed via Auto-Update.How can I see the detailed version number? Settings - About just says 2.1.
EDIT: According to GroupyConfig.exe, it's version 2.1.0.3. What version number has yesterday's Beta?
Sorry about that there is no beta at this time, actual release you are up to date
I've uninstalled Groupy, restarted my computer and then re-installed Groupy. But the issue still persists. With New Explorer tabs should open in same folder disabled, CTRL+T doesn't work to open a new Tab in Windows Explorer. Can you please check again and forward the issue to your developers, please? Is there anything else you need from me?
Hellbilly,
Can you take a look at this video and see if I am doing something different with trying to reproduce your issue?

FWIW,
Steam is now working with Groupy 2 like a charm! (and other stores too, at least: Epic, EA and Ubisoft).
Really good job!
BTW:Pining the saved groups to the start menu is a nice touch since you launch the group from there or from "PowerToys Run" (like in my case).

Pleased to hear it and thanks for the feedback.

Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can't seem to able to reproduce your issue on my Windows 11 system. OS Build 22621.1992. Groupy V2.1 WB11 11.02.
Might need to know your setting on Groupy tabs appearance setting.
Below is my Tabs color setting.
ThanksBasj,Stardock Community Assistant.
Untouched, fresh install.
Seems to be related to how the tabs are integrated or not under general settings.
Tab bar background also for some reason extends far off to the right when enabled.
That's exactly how it looks on my end, strange. What Windows 11 version are you on?Also, here's a backup of my Groupy settings, maybe I've missed something...https://ufile.io/1khch6bd
The same as you (22621.1992)
Have you tried uninstalling, reboot and reinstalling?

Yes, I've already tried that, as described here:https://forums.stardock.com/521553/get;3897649
See Video
Open some chrome tabs separately to have them as a separate Groupy tab.
Give each Groupy tab a meaning name.
Save the group.
Open the saved group.
You will realize that the names that you assigned will be mixed.
Hi - on Win 11 my desktop and option for showing preview flyout for inactive tabs set to "on", DOPUS leaves occasional empty flyouts on the screen - they sit over the top of everything and cannot be directly selected or closed. Closing DOPUS doesn't remove them. , and the computer (or at least Explorer) needs to be restarted. They can be closed individually from the Groupy icon in the taskbar. For now I have simply disabled the flyouts.
Any help appreciated - thanks

@TPScroggins:
Any updates regarding my issue?
I am having some issues with the 2.1 update [I have done an uninstall, reboot and reinstall which has not fixed it]
I have set Groupy 2 to Integrate the Tabs. When starting some apps (like PowerPoint) which loads maximized, Groupy 2 is overlapping the window as shown and I have to restore window and then maximize for it to display correctly.
