I love that you can destroy your capital, but it brings with it some issues.
In that it allows you to build things you wouldn't normally be able to build. I'm playing as the Yor.
Also, I can't build population for some reason (before destroying the capital, and moving it anyway). Maybe because I'm over the limit? But a pop cap of 3 seems very low as the starting planet.
I don't think you're supposed to be able to build these on your homeworld:
Ahh, I see the problem now. When you destroy the homeworld capital (called Capital City), both the Core World Capital AND Capital City show up. I had mistakenly used the core world capital instead.'
Still odd that I lost the ability to build pop though.
Thanks for posting this. It solved my issues here https://forums.galciv4.com/520465/155376894-new-culture-and-control-mechanics. I suggested that they not have the Core World Capital show up on the Civ Capital planet.
