My PC with Start 11 broke so I'd like to transfer to my new PC. How can I deactivate the license on the 'dead PC'?

I tried creating an account with the same email - my purchase doesn't come up.
Also keeps insisting my name is 'Michel Vanier' even though I change it.

Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
