After Windows 11 KB5022913 Moment 2 update today, this is what the taskbar looks like. The Start Menu and System Tray is clipped. This seems to happen only when the Taskbar size parameter in Start11 is set to either Large or Small. It works fine when set to Medium.
Start11 version: 1.39.1
Windows 11 version: 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1344)
The problem (MS changed the taskbar) is being worked on.

I have just installed V1.4.0.2 and it's fixed the taskbar sizing issues introduced by W11 moment 2
I have got the same issue, after the windows update, but it occours on small size ...
I hope it will be solved quickly ...
You just need to install the 1.4 beta update available from your downloads on the stardock store.
