I see a lot of great posts here on what needs to be addressed, but there are never any dev responses.
Are you guys reading these? If so, a five-second response would be appreciated. I'd love to start diving deep on providing feedback, but I don't want to waste my time if I'm not being heard.
Not trying to be rude, but a copy/paste job of "Duly noted" would go a long way.

If you're talking about no response in the last 36 hours, they are off doing not at work things like most people do on the weekends.
If you are talking about a longer period go back and read the last 40 posts looking for Derek Paxton, Joe Black, or sdRohan you will see many posts by them. Add to the fact you just posted in a thread originated by Stardocks CEO titled " Gal Civ IV Dev Journal #25" I think you might be the one being "rude". You are definitely wrong in your assertion.

Gypsy, I never said they were being rude. I said I didn't want to come off as rude..
I'm just hoping that someone can see or understand that feedback threads without any visual indicator that they're being read is a bit of a turnoff when it comes to encouraging players to provide feedback.
My bad. Misread the rude part.
I assure you that we actively look through our forums as much as possible, and they are the best way to provide direct feedback to the devs! I appreciate your input, and understand the frustration, I'll be personally trying to acknowledge posts where ever I can
I thought I was answering a lot of them.
We do have people who summarize what's been said and it ends up as a Jira task to implement.
Unless it's from that Werewolf guy of course. Screw that guy!
Granted, I AM a bit of jerk. At least, I know I come off that way. Text doesn't really convey questions like that well...
I just want to help and wanted to see where feedback was being seen. Thanks for the reply, Brad and Co.
I have a task to literally review this forum every single day, Monday through Friday. The things we talk about in here come up in our meetings. I promise - we are very much listening.
Can we get modding support earlier versus later?
Releasing full toolsets was what MechWarrior5 did when they thought (correctly so) their game might not be a homerun.
It is (to some) off putting to rely on Modders, but at this (my golden years) I have come to the realization I will take my fun from whatever source I can.
Also, "Planet Killing Tech" when?
If you have any plans to release this on STEAM (and not be review bombed), I feel it is common knowledge full modding will need to be in place prior.
"Modder make the Difference"
Kindest regards,

PS I asked on Gal Civ 3 thread about where are my SPORE weapons, and no one will respond (insert whimpering emoji here).
I have the DLC (Retrobution and Crusades), inbefor someone asks.
We don't have toolsets for ourselves.
Modding is a matter of using XML. Nowadays, it's not that hard to do. Just get Visual Studio code and make your own XML.
If someone has a mod that they think would be cool as an example I might be open to taking a stab at it to show how it's done.
How about this one for Gal Civ 4?
