Of course the Torians don't like us ... we wiped them out a couple of turns ago !

Hahaha it's now more than 100 turns later and the Torians apparently still don't like us (even though there is no trace of them except for a few random leaders and citizens)
I actually love the Torians, but the Onyx offered me $2k to go to war with them ... every man has his price!
I wonder if there is a Torian citizen somewhere in the galaxy and they don't like you. The Drengin don't like you either. You just watch yourself, we're wanted men on 12 systems.... Oh the humor.........

You might have conquered all the Torian planets, but you've not killed every Torian leader and citizen in the galaxy. So if you, say, go to war with the Drengin and get a Torian citizen, that Torian citizen will not be a good Citizen/Leader for your race because They. Hate. You.
At which point you show them this fancy new airlock that you've just had painted and renovated and doesn't it look neat and, oh, yeah, the external door is a bit screwy and just, like, randomly opens up. Aannnnnd the Torian Citizen/Leader is suddenly floating in space....for eternity.
Just had the same thing happen with the "Notifications" that show up on the lefthand side each turn .. it said "one of your agreements with the Festron has expired" ... but the Festron had been destroyed approx 5 turns ago.
Seems like the game is hanging on to those dead civs
