Known issues
While we appreciate all feedback, please remember that we offer no official support for beta \ preview \ developer channel versions of Windows. If you report issues while in any of those early release channels, you should not expect them to be addressed unless it still exists in a retail version of Windows.

Thank you for this fix!
This is a much cleaner look now.
So, was anything found as to why several startup apps, including CursorFX, fail to auto start if I use both WB11 and Start11?
I haven't loaded this version yet, so I don't know if the explorer crashes are fixed.
RedneckDude...

Razer Synapse, CursorFX, Messenger, O&O System Information, Windows Widget Launcher, and Skype.
Installed Start11, rebooted. Startup apps not running. Rebooted, startup apps still not running.
Uninstalled Start11, rebooted, startup apps are back.
Goodbye Start11.
I'll try you again down the road.

This version is much better than version 1.31. Just the System Tray is still clipped a bit. Probably the location services notification has a role in clipping the Tray icons. The Task Manager icon in the picture is clipped.
I am running Windows 11 22H2, full updated.
Thanks,
Michele
In general I have no problem with this line at the top of the Taskbar, since it's an intended new Windows 11 feature. Personally I have a dark solid colored background and with my color settings this line is actually dark and not bright, so you don't really see it, because it's almost the same dark color. However there is this glitch in latest Windows 11 Build in combination with Start11 causing the behaviour that suddenly a part of this line doesn't react to the chosen color theme and doesn't update automatically - the result then: line is divided vertically into 2 parts with different colors and this looks absolutely wrong. This could happen after boot/reboot/after returning from a fullscreen game or app. Any Windows Explorer Refresh can reset it to the correct appearance. It looks like that with latest Windows 11 22 H2:
Search issues I reported earlier are still there: https://forums.stardock.com/513541/page/1/#3858494
Is there a better way to get notices of betas besides checking the forums? It would be nice if you could have a check mark on the update screen to notified of new betas.
It's nice to have WinFX working on the StartMenu again, thanks.
I do love WinFX but I'll have to wait on Start11. It just doesn't work well for me.
"Added support for setting the taskbar button size (unless there is insufficient room) "
How Do I PLEASE get rid of this and why is ist forced on us automatically? I do not want the whole taskbar filled, if not neccessary.
I think you have misunderstood it.
That is a setting to change the default width if you wish. It does not alter things unless you define the registry key.
I wanted to bump this here that I reported on 1.31. No one responded to it or acknowledged it so not sure if you need more info.

Okay. But what is causing this behaviour? Tasks are stretching now.
If you look in the registry, do you have the key mentioned as that would be one reason why?
Thanks. I have no clue how the reg entry got there, but after renaming it everything is as usual.
Thank you, The Beta seems to be solving all the issues I reported in my previous post here: https://forums.stardock.com/515024/page/3/#3868639So far, I don't see any issues to report with this Beta but will report back if I find any. Thanks again!
