When I launch the game i get this error:

it then crashes back to desktop. Yes, I am currently logged into Epic game store and it is running when I click play.
I can provide my system specs if they are relevant, also I can't find the troubleshooting guide they mentioned in the error. I can't see the error window and the only way to get to it is to wave the mouse around until the cursor changes and then I click on it. All I see is the start-up splash screen.

I got the game to run now, not sure how but after logging in and out and restarting a bunch of times, also waved the mouse around and clicked what I believed to be some kind of window and BAM! it worked.
