In Start11, can you edit search scores, that will determine what comes up at the top of the search?

This OPs post was quite a long time ago and still no answer to this. I'm not sure how Start11 determines search result order, but the Start11 "Best match" is almost never the most used or wanted result. If Start11 isn't going to use frequency of use for search result order, then users should be able to manually influence that order by starring apps or some other methodology.
Start11 will remember the last app you launched for a given search term and boost that items search score.
It does not behave this way for me at all. I can launch a particular app 100 times for the same search and it will not favor that app in results. I suspect that UWP apps are always returned as "Best Match" by Start 11 no matter what. Windows native search does not behave this way, however. The exact same search term will return the app I select the most as the "Best Match".
This feature is likely bugged. It does not work for me at all either.
The only way to get Start11 search to work properly is to switch to the "old Start10 style search" setting. With that setting enabled, Start11 will correctly rank matches.
I like the new search style much better, but I can't use it because Start11 always suggests programs that I don't use. Ideally, the ranking/matching algorithm would be consistent between the two styles of search, and the setting only affects the UI/UX treatment.
Hope this can get fixed soon, as it's the only annoyance in what is otherwise a perfect product for me!
