Title: Stuck Turn: Planet fully built, no remaining resource left to build
Body:Version: 1.01.343914b
Details: Unable to end the turn because the game says that I have to build something on my planet.
This is impossible due to all the resource areas already being built - there are no free ones. And therefore I cannot end the turn.
A workaround for this is to remove an improvement and then to chose to build something. In this instance the turn is able to end and I can continue.
But next turn the build is finished and I need to the workaround again
I would like to continue my first game and not restarting unsure if the same thing happens again.
How to reproduce: Load save file. Or build a planet full then try to end the turn.

File will be removed after you've indicated that you got it or some time has passed.
In the planet window under the column of information on the left are planetary edicts. (Might have another name)... just que a heap of money gen or research gen or something.
Thanks @DCvsMarvel this does infact allow me to progress to the next turn.
But I still think that it is a bug that will not allow to leave a planet doing nothing and then going to the next turn.
Just like ships there should be a button to skip the round that we could use if we want.
Have you tried repeat build economic stimulus? You can find economic stimulus in the bottom left corner of the planet screen. After that, select the project in the manufacturing queue and then click repeat build that shows up above it.
Yes it works if I build economic stimulus, I can end the turn then.
But for consistency, like for ships, there should be a skip turn option that one can chose (IMHO).
So, you would prefer a planet to NOT produce money for your empire, but to sit around twiddling their thumbs? Strange strategy.
