When I click on the install for Start11 I get an error message saying Error Retrieving File. What do I need to do so that it will install?

Try re downloading the file see if that works , should just be a one click install

The Object Desktop interface gives that error message on any of the shown items when I click the install button - no matter if a fresh download.
Are you talking about downloading from your account page from My Downloads ?
Or downloading from Object Desktop Manager app ?
Or do both give the error ?
from the Object Desktop Manager app - tried a new download of Object Desktop - same error message when I go to try to install any of the apps in Object Desktop Manager
Can you delete that ODM and go to your account page My Downloads
and install the latest version of Object Desktop Manager .
Try that see if that works for you and report back please.
I myself download right from My Downloads from my account page rather than ODM most of the time
try that also .
My fix was to unblock "*.stardock.us" in the Sophos Firewall web filter. Check your specific firewall rules to see if "stardock.com" or "stardock.us" is blocked.
