Seriously, they started a whole thread in December 2019 & nothing came of it. I’m starting to think they’ve just given up on telling us anything.
I will second that
FROGBOY
Can you please tell us when we can expect Window blinds 11?
I believe Frogboy already answered your question.

Thank you,

Not that I can see. He's been totally silent. Many people are asking when is it coming out? Was it a typo?
He still hasn't answered yet. Perhaps he's been busy.
Peace my friend...

Interesting.
Why is it that the 'newest' members of the community are also the most impatient?
Do either of you fully understand what's involved in integrating a program directly within an OS Shell, particularly in an OS shall that is not yet Gold?
Just because the 2019 WB 11 wishlist thread predates your involvement with Stardock's products does NOT mean nothing is happening...or that it's "the death of windows customization".
Patience is a virtue.
It pays to be virtuous....
WHEN Windowblinds 11 is released you can be certain there will be a 'WB 12 wishlist' thread posted, and you can get all impatient once more when you think what is released into the wild is a 'finished' Windows 12, and again it won't be anything more complete than a public beta, just as 11 is now....
So often people sit back and say nothing when something really needs to be said.. 🤔
Peace.
No, nothing 'needs' to be said.
GUI customizing software has always taken longer to adapt to a new OS because it integrates with that OS, whereas something simplistic [relatively] like Photoshop generally doesn't care what OS it's being used with.
A VERY GOOD example. I use PaintShop Pro 6, and have for a very long time because I am used to using it specifically.
I have it installed on WinXP without issue.
Ditto on Vista
Ditto on 7
Had it on 8 and 8.1 without issue [other than hating the OS].
Have it on Win 10 on 4 systems and on Win 7 currently.
It does not care.
However, not 1 of those Shells is the same, ergo no integrating Shell enhancement can work on another of those without considerable levels of alteration.... perhaps even total rewrite.
Meanwhile, yes I have any of those OS's with PSP6 happy ...other than it being a 32 bit program that cannot see as much ram as I would like since I'm on 64bit OS's...
People who have been using Skinning software mostly understand this issue, and it's been a long-standing Stardock policy to NOT promote release dates until that notification can be relied on to be at least close to correct so as to not disappoint...
I do understand, what it takes. You are assuming I don't. My friend, why are you upset because we have a difference of opinion? Be that as it may. On this subject we will have to agree to disagree.
Peace have a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving and up and coming holiday season.
Windowblinds 11 taking too long isn’t the problem. The problem is that we know nothing about it besides a thread that was released over a year ago.
