When i select an online style i click on download- says its installing for about a second then says download again- i do not find the style in my local tab however the original local (Stardock) style is still highlighted and consequently, still implemented- any ideas?
Is this with all styles or one in particular?
Do you use a third party firewall?
All styles - stock win10 Microsoft firewall - hmm will check that because did not see any automatic firewall request popup for the app- which executable do i use for the allow curtains64 or curtains64svr ?
It would be curtainsconfig for downloads
The other possibility would be some sort of AV app messing with traffic or downloads.
Upon further investigation- I can't even install Styles via downloading from WinCustomize, then attempting to install from right click - never had this problem with any of your products before and am longtime customer - im assuming that once the online Styles are installed they should appear in the local tab, but don't see them, also see no change from my current "stock" style.
In addition, when i "Browse to installed styles folder" am taken to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\Curtains - and all the folders are empty (even your stock Stardock folders) and i see the new names but again all the folders are blank - and when i go to"Browse to packaged styles" am taken to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\Curtains\PackagedStyles and the folder is empty - no idea why user customized desktop graphic configs are in public user paths (yet also empty to boot)
This is from a new install of Curtains yesterday on Win10 1909- have already removed the older Windows customization product a few months ago
