If I buy Object Desktop, will there be only one installer for all the softwares (1 installer), or will there be an installer for each software (many installers)?
Both, but I would personally recommend installers for each program. You can easily download the installers from your account page after purchase. Remember to save the insatllers for the future if you're not going to renew the subscription for Object Desktop, since OD is a subscription and after that period you will not have access to the download page nor will you get updates, but the programs will still function until, well they don't because of a Microsoft update or other reasons.

I have no subscription on any kind of Spotify etc... I don't want any subscription.

A subscription for Object Desktop gives you 12 months to download and install any and all of the included software, and any and all updates to it/them in that year.
Those products are then yours to keep and use 'forever'. Provided you have retained the installers on your computer you will always be able to install/use them.
Once the subscription expires the only difference is you will not receive updates, nor will you be able to access the software still from the site [which will be redundant as you will already have them backed up on your machine]....
