The GOG version of Sins of a Solar Empire is still missing the Minor Factions DLC. I have been waiting for this to release but have not seen it come to GOG yet and neither have we received a response that it is coming. Since it's been 1 year since the DLC released, may we please have a response on if this is coming to GOG?

i got the same question, but it looks like the paying GOG customers are just getting ripped off by Stardock.

It's now been almost an entire year from me posting this, 2 years since the DLC released and still no reply or indication that the DLC will be coming to GOG. What's going on with this? I can't play cross-platform with Ashes of The Singularity and can't even buy DLC for a game I play. We are literally asking to buy something from you.
EDIT: I mean, the pricing hasn't even been changed either. It's still being sold for $50 USD for folks who have never bought it before.
I've also been a faithful Sins of a Solar Empire supporter for many years. I have the full collection on Steam as well as everything currently available on GOG, but I'd love to complete my GOG collection with the Minor Factions DLC.

Hello guys, sharing the sentiment here (expecting GoG to be on par with Steam on SoaSE).
@Shismnavigator said on another post he will try to have a more official/unambiguous statement on the topic soon. Considering the delay since the first release I don't raise my hopes too much but good news is always welcome.
Well, I'm afraid we won't have any unambiguous communication on that topic anytime soon GOG users are a minority and it's easier to continue to "ignore the issue" than replying about it which would keep the topic/problem alive and visible. However, I would rather have a clear and official "this won't happen and here is why" post. Customers would be unhappy, but at least this would give a chance for us to understand and move on (unless that post already exists and I missed it).
I'm bumping this again because I would like to have to only open Sins through GOG Galaxy.... Please update the store to include the DLC.. We're just asking to buy something from Stardock.. If you can't, can you at least give us closure that you do not plan to please?

Maybe I was too enthusiastic expecting a clear answer/closure.
I tried to PM community management 2 months ago as they promised to look for some info... I know my message was opened and yet never answered. That's another example of abyssmal communication.
GOG users are not worth a DLC, neither are they worth a reply.
A simple "no" would give closure to this. :/
Like, is it physically impossible because of rights? Y'all just don't want to? Like, common. :'/
Nevermind. I found our answer in the Discord. Y'all should at least update the Store page on GOG saying that it won't receive the final DLC and that multiplayer with Steam users is broken / not supported. :'/
