I tried your way but failed. Before that, I tried reinstalling my Windows (I tried 7, 8 and 10) and everything repeated. The button does not work - there is no function to change the back board. I tried the older versions as well - they worked correctly several months ago .. but now it’s strange - they all do not work correctly with the background. I repeat, I reinstalled Windows many times, deleted the program using different uninstallers. nothing helps . I live in Russia .
Explorer background textures cannot be applied on Windows 10.
They continue to be supported on Windows 7.
This has not changed, we have never supported it on Windows 10.

Reply 1 is a perfect example of the purge answer being overused. In this case, it was totally unnecessary as the issue wasn't a bug. Even I know Windows 10 doesn't support textures on the explorer background.
No offense meant, Mike. I know it's a general solution.
Is this what StarDock recommends the forum support to do? I've also seen when someone files a ticket StarDock points them to the forums and they explain their problem with a ticket number here to wait for a response. I guess there is no in house support.
