I also have this problem. Manage OneDrive space was one of the main reason why to buy your software.
Because I can see now that this problem persist from January I would like to know when you plan to solve it.
Thanks Petr

SpaceMonger just installed one day ago. Still no connection . I have full access to OneDrive web interface, my windows 10 cliewnt works fine, my Norton antivirus has full access for SpaceMonger app, when I tried to connect there was page to allow access ro OneDrive with no problem. But OneDrive shows unconnected state.

Its is a known issue and was reported internally https://forums.stardock.com/492948/get;3737875
and still no solution after this post was submitted more than 3 months ago.
In fact the problem was already reported a bit over 6 months ago.
I want my money back. You are still selling it as a part of Object Desktop.
The only thing i always read on the topics is that somebody says the problem is was reported internally .
None of the cloud connections are working, google drive, one drive, or dropbox. Needs to be fixed or feature removed. Kind of makes the product only half done otherwise.
I have the same problem .
Win 10 version: 20H2
SM build: 1711
Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
I am afraid that once those services changed their APIs, those features were no longer available.

So, please explain something to me. You are saying that those features are no longer available and yet your own website located at SpaceMonger: Scan, map and manage disk drive space (stardock.com) still specifically says;
So please explain to me why you are still selling this software with OneDrive access as a listed feature? Something that, based on the above information, has been unavailable since Jan 2019 (2 years ago). You do realize you are breaking laws by doing that. It is a crime to defraud customers. It is also considered false advertising. Based on the fact that you are STILL selling it without removing advertising of said features, I expect some serious compensation. With that said, I have saved a copy of the webpage in question, a copy of the above response on 12/27/2020, and a copy of this post. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney Generals office, the Federal Trade Commission, the BBB, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Hello,I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.
Note: Do note that Stardock currently is on Holidays, respond might be slow.
Thanks

Recently, many of our site's product pages have undergone a redesign (like just in the last several weeks). It would appear some older text has made it back into the SpaceMoger page. That is our fault and I do apologize. This is not deception, it is truly a mistake. I have reached out to the proper people internally to have it changed asap.
That does not change the fact that there is no cloud storage scanning available in the app at this time. If you would like a refund for your SM purchase, please use this form and I'll make it so:

Again, we are sorry for the confusion and error.
Are you planning to remove the misleading 'feature' from Space Monger? It seems pointless to dedicate application UI space to a non-working feature as this only frustrates users and reflects badly on your product and development teams.
... I remember when they worked : (
It is very much my desire to have them work again (and I lobby for it here). It's just a resource issue (humans) currently.
Ill stay on it.
I just bought Object Desktop, and I too cannot get SpaceMonger to connect to OneDrive. I always get error 410.
Can customer support at least get back to us on this?
If the product is no longer maintained or supported then remove it from Object Desktop. It's an embarrassment compared to the other excellent applications.
Thanks.
Hello Dev team,
as PhilGeo2001 I just got Object Desktop and SpaceMonger was still advertised as being able to connect to Cloud features even on the application itself.
Is this going to be fixed anytime soon or is it going to just be false advertizing?
BR//
That is not 'advertising' as its already been purchased. ODM just has the description wrong still. Ill have it addressed.
Thanks for the report.
Semantics... It may not be 'advertising', but it is clearly wrong and misleading if you happen to have purchased it and are using it as there are features present that clearly don't work... and haven't now for some time.
Believe me, no one wants it to return more than I do - I bring it up enough to keep it on the docket. It was a difference-maker and a hallmark feature for the product. When resources allow, it will return, bank on it.
Thanks for the feedback.
: ) keep the pressure on, it's my favourite program of this type. : )
July 1st of 2023...and it still won't connect to OneDrive.
I have created an independent ticket to have this discussed again.

I would like to add my voice to the throng and state that this feature is very important to me. It's practically half the functionality of the program, if not more given how much of a person's files are in the cloud nowadays.
It's not looking promising chaps : )
Still not working...
Five years later... : (
