I'm trying to change the start button to a logo but I can't figure out the dimension (number of pixels) to get it to display properly. Does anyone know?

Yes, I know that. You can learn from how they made them from downloading it and use their dimension and replace those graphics with your own logo.That how I learned doing most of everything from Windowblinds to Winamp skin.
Maybe someone else who know how to do it could come along and share some tips.
I'd go for around 54 x 162, I'm using the animated Windows 7 icon, and it works perfectly with my taskbar.
