Just a note fyi. My Start10 menu completely disappeared even though I had not added/deleted any new software. I was able to retrieve it through Stardock, but the reason the menu disappeared is a mystery.

Great, glad you solved your problem. And thank you for the information. There are few report on new problem with Start10 which involve with latest Windows 10 updates, within these few days. Did your system also went through Windows 10 updates just before your problem started? Any additional information will help us.

Yes, the system had updates (Windows 10) but no other software/updates were downloaded at that time. As I noted, the reinstall of Start10 was basically effortless with no problem, which I was thankful for. I expected problems with loading and authentication but Stardock took care of the small stuff for me. Thanks again for the ease of the reinstall.
