The free Juggernaut DLC provides new Juggernaut warships for both the PHC and the Substrate, each with unique and devastating abilities. The v2.5 update that accompanies it contains plenty of gameplay and modding improvements, which you can read about in full detail here.

Nice work, thanks for the update and the new units.
Can't wait to try the new radar and sight ranges. Seems like a good step ahead in terms of gameplay and counter tactics possibilities. I'm particularly curious to see how it will affect the relations between air and anti-air units.
