I have a Win 10 Pro system, with Start10 installed. I installed Launch (which describes itself as Launch8), but when started, it appears to do nothing more (when the shortcut to it is double-clicked) than show the standard Windows 10 Start Menu (which I can do from the Start10 menu by clicking on the "Windows 10 Menu" entry).
I was hoping that it would behave as advertised and allow me to add a stationary dock, but I don't see that it added anything, anywhere on my desktop, much less how I might configure what's in/on it.
Can I buy a clue?
Exactly some configuration, behaviour and question here.
Is your start screen set to be full screen? Launch only does something with a fullscreen start screen.
Thank you Neil. I have just put Start full screen and Launch only opens Start like when we click in start. Should Launch do something more?
I've been reading Stardock specifications for Launch and in Windows 10 x64 Home it only opens Start, although in full screen. Does not do any of its funcionalities.
There should be a new bar on the start screen. The shortcut will always open the menu so you can see it.
Ok. It does not happens. Maybe incompatiility with Windows 10x64 (updated till now). Thank you.

Man, I wish I had read that before I purchased five copies. I do not use (and never intend to use) the Windows 10 full screen start screen.
Oh, well. Thanks for the information.

Really? Where is it? How do I get it to appear? That is exactly what I want. The comments above are inconsistent. The one I quoted indicates that it does exactly what I want it to do. The other, older comment indicates that I should not expect this to happen. Who knows the truth?
The bar at the bottom is what should appear with Launch.

Well, I don't see any bar (which is EXACTLY what I was expecting and hoping for). All that happens when I double-click on the Launch8 icon is that the regular Windows 10 Start Menu appears (as if I had clicked on the Start icon in the lower left of the screen).
