I renewed my yearly subscription to Object Desktop but the date did not post to Object Desktop Manager.
Now Object Desktop Manager is reporting that my subscription has expired.
Can you look into this?
Thank you for the over ten years I have been with Object Desktop / Stardock.
Please log out of the manager and back into it.
That was the first thing I did before posting my problem. Logging out then logging in did not help at all.
Save yourself the headache of ODM and just go to your MyAccount page at store.stardock.com - all your apps are there for download.
Not really a HA, but ODM is wonky for some people for obscure reasons. ODM is nice when it works but not necessary to obtain & enjoy your Object Desktop apps.
FYI: As you download each app save the installer packages. They are useful as backups in case you need to re-install them for any reason.
What worries me is that the "My Account" link on the Stardock website also shows that my subscription is Expired. That means that I will not be receiving any updates to the component software of Object Desktop and that renewing my subscription was in vain.
Perhaps there was an issue with the renewal process which requires support to fix.

Please be advised that Stardock are off due to the Holiday season as indicated above.

You should have an email receipt for the renewal. When you do contact support or sales, they'll be able to sort it out with that info. Timing is bad with SD being away till Monday.
I'm showing your account has 350 days on the membership still.
I have the same issue. I have the receipt, submitted ticket and it says "Expired"
Try logging out of ODM and logging back in. Also, when did you renew? It sometimes takes a bit before it shows up. Have you looked at the store downloads page?

I am having the exact same problem as everyone else here. I renewed on January 31, 2016 shortly after receiving the notice that the Object Desktop Software was no longer going to support the $3.99 a month pay scale. It is now a yearly subscription only. The email offered me a discount of $29.99 per year and a $5.00 off coupon making it $24.99 for the year.
I made the payment via Paypal. While making the payment I noticed that Stardock had already cancelled my automatic renewal of the monthly $3.99 payment.
I wasn't worried as i had just pre-paid for the year and received a receipt. I used the download link provided in the email, installed the software and it was activated. It has worked flawlessly up until just yesterday. The installer really did not install anything, it just went through some motions and said click finish. All of the programs were already installed. It had to have been working at one point because i was still getting multiplicity updates and WindowsBlinds auto updated to be compatible with Windows 10. I'm not using Windows 10 but that is irrelevant at this point.
I got on my laptop yesterday and every single program included in Object Desktop was asking to be re-activated. I tried using my key which I knew wouldn't work because it even says "Expired" in red on my account downloads page. The receipt did not provide a new key either.
I don't understand why all of the sudden after working for two months it just expires rendering all of my programs useless.I have a support ticket in but from what I read on the forums it could take weeks to get ab answer. What do I do in the mean time? Do a chargeback on Paypal?
I am trying to be patient but it is very frustrating having 17+ programs that I rely on to just stop working. Please help us!
I blocked out the order number for privacy reasons but this is directly from my Order History page in My Account. I am so sad.
CRAMMZOR - Although this is a Support forum section you should still start a trouble ticket here - https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
This is the proper way to contact support so that any questions and instructions can be communicated directly with the user and support.
I believe you should be OK now with your issue.
Try logging out of ODM and logging back in. Also, when did you renew? It sometimes takes a bit before it shows up. Have you looked at the store downloads page?https://store.stardock.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/myaccount
I did it back in January as well. Only this month did it start to act up. Also this shows on my general account page, not just ODM.
**EDIT** looks like its been corrected.
All of my ODM apps are showing as unlicensed and requesting keys. When I attempt to login to activate (since I have no keys) it says expired and will not renew.
There must be a system problem. Seems others are having the same issue.
My account pages shows my ODM subscription is active.
Sent a ticket, no response yet.
Nm, working now. Saw that there were server issues reported and resolved on an earlier post.
