Problem: Tight clusters is seriously a crap shoot. You either end up surrounded by like 5 habitable planets, or you win the lottery and can colonize 30+ worlds depending on location.
Would like a balanced map setting where EVERYONE starts in their own little tight cluster with effectively the SAME number of worlds to colonize.
Just an idea for potential modders out there in the future.
Also, is there a way to ADD habitable planets with a cheat code so I can balance my maps to make it fair for everyone?
Also, is there a way to MAKE YOUR OWN MAPS?

Map modding IS coming. We will get it. I too would like the option to add planets via an editor. Tight clusters is a crap shoot but its also really fun if you stick with it. A good alternative is to try 'loose clusters'.
