This Mod is for the 3 biggest Maps I feel it would be to OP on the smaller Maps.
I`v extend sensor range, and AOE range!! Sensors went from 15 to 28 and AOE went from 9 to 12.

MMmmm It`s for the Starbase they don`t move.
Which leads to the question: why dont they move in the first place
Youre a civilization able to put starbases into deep space but you cant slap a couple of thrusters on them to make them move like a shipyard say 1 hex per turn or such if neccessary

OK if you want to open this up for debate Please make a post about it in the forum this post is for mods and feedback on the mod. As far as the starbases not moving take that up with the Dev`s.
Starbases are not supposed to move. They are static and broadcasting.
Main issue I can see is unlike shipyards starbases would get really wonky if they could move with their AOE changing what it can target and such with mining and colonies etc.
While I see it as a bad idea and something that would lead to errors and problems in the game it should be perfectly possible to give starbases the ability to move, but without the anchor/unanchor functionality I think moving them would break them.
Good point, they would have to have the anchor/unanchor functionality and even with that it may take a pass or two to get it right. I'm OK as is but many a time i wished so bad i could move a base just 1 little hex due to poor initial placement or something evolved/changed.
I have a many of times destroyed or decommission starbases to move them wasteful,.. maybe but the constructors are cheap!
