When a starbase is already linked to and collecting from an artifact or source of duranthium/elerium/etc. is there any way for another player to pull control of that resource to their starbase instead? Or does the currently linked starbase have to be destroyed?
I'm guessing it's whoever gets there first but I'm curious if say, by building your starbase closer or with increased influence there's a way to usurp control of the resource for yourself?
As far as I am aware the first starbase to have its Zone of Control over the resource gets it until that starbase is traded, decommissioned, or destroyed.
