Some have been mentioned in other posts, but here is my list of Bugs for 1.0(Not a Bug) -Cultural festival adds a 10% for EVERY one you have on ANY planet. Not just the planet you have the project on. Eg: I had a 40% Bonus to culture from "Cultural festival" instead of the 10% because I had 4 different planets with culture festival running.Im not sure if its just a tool tip problem, as it didn't seem to raise my culture with an extra 40% but I didn't do the maths.-when the "show parts from other styles" is on, it creates a long lag every time you go into the ship designers design ship window.-If just as a turn is ending you press and go into ideology, and I'm guessing other screens. It skips the global event that would have triggered.I only noticed because for a split second it showed txt of the name of the event, without the image and then loaded the ideology screen. Strangely enough, which may have been a coincidence , the next turn a different global event did occur. Either way the random txt popping up for a slip second is a bug.On that note would be really nice if you could minimize the page when it comes up so you can check what your best option is before you choose. or even better have it not come up automatic and have it in the same queue where it says "idle Ship" ect.-The global event Outbreak, when I picked the pragmatic option for +50 % research bonus to affected planet. it didn't give me the 50% bonus to it, at least it wasn't showing in the research breakdown list.
-Most the treaties have the wrong tool tip in the trade window-Iridiums first tech, Acquisition, either does not do anything, or the tool tip is incomplete. It just has a description with no other information- The Interstellar exchange culture star base upgrade isn't available in the update list after you research it. Im guessing this would also prevent all future upgrades on it- When I load a game I am able to rebuild a second copy of both the Preparedness Centre and the Iridium store. Also it seems strange that there is no direct upgrade for the Free market, wouldn't the Iridium store be a normal upgrade path for it and not a Unique per colony building?-the embassy, at least for the iridium, dosnt seem to do anything. unless im just not clear what a +1 diplomatic bonus is supposed to do. it also isn't getting an adjacency bonus such as +5% Influence per level or something.
if im wrong tell me in the post below, as im totally confused as to what the embassy is supposed to do then.

I've had this occur as well, and I don't think it is just when a turn is ending....if multiple civilizations try to contact you sometimes only the last one will stay up and the first one(s) will just briefly flash...it's not consistent though because sometimes multiple ones will come up one after another...
Actually you get 10% for every 10 production spent on it, rounded up to the nearest multiple of 10. So if you spent .1 manufacturing you get 10%, if you spend 35 manufacturing you get 40%.

No problem, I was very confused by it as well. I still feel that the 'value festival' is best though. .1 production for 10% of something? Sounds good. Why spend more than that?

Seriously: when I was about to research that tech in my current game (Terran on large map, about 300 rounds), I wondered "Interstellar Exchange? Hm, but I just built those..."
And indeed, my two culture stations already had that upgrade! So I didn't dare to research it yet... I don't want my game to be sucked into some time paradox vortex.
