Anyone else finding a bug then when they early on they that when you build the first starbase - that without starfaring trait or much in way of tech (no orbital manufacturing or 2nd level of manufacturing (xeno slavery playing as custom dregnir) - that the upgrade starbase screen is blank and you have to ESCAPE to exit from that blank screen
I found the console command to unlock all technologies and I still get empty upgrade starbase screen so either bug in dregnir coding or in the beta 6.1 patch itself that needs to be address. I have a game save if any developer needs me to send it for review.
Repeated the bug as custom terran race = both were played on hugh galaxy - fast pace - fast research.
Just got this bug as Iridium on medium map. Don't know if it matters but the constructor was granted from the pragmatic ideology trait. If I click around where the menus normally are, I can hear things being clicked, but I don't know what I'm clicking on. I can't continue, will have to abandon game.
Same bug here playing on a huge map as Drengin constructor was built from my ship yard.
I have the same issue. All the time in 0.95. I have yet to avoid it.
Strangely I am able to play the same games without the Starbase bug on my desktop computer but I am also using a AMD R9-290X video card on that computer verses the Nvidia GTX 765M video card on my MSI Series GE60 2OE-003US Gaming Laptop. Desktop has direct Ethernet connection to the cable modem verses WiFI connection on the laptop. Both were game verified and have the latest opt-in beta patch. Both have the files mentioned as needed to be deleted and redownloaded.

Have verified (had 4 files to be deleted and redownloaded also).
Have disabled (and then removed) Mods.
Have tried Terran, Custom built race, Yor

I get to turn 358 and the game just shuts down and turns off.
Well guess what....
Seems I missed out on a lot of the graphic eye candy bling bling...graphic options default setting is low quality, and when you set it to high quality (bloom enabled)
My starbase problem is gone as well!
