It seems the servers are down, when me and my friend click on the multiplayer button it says: ''Disconnected from Ironclad online'' this is on two separate computers with separate internet connections and separate, legit copies of SOASA from steam.
same with me, happened last night around 200 AM EST. I hope this gets fixed soon as I've got some gaming to get done before the Easter weekend is up.
Hello! I have the same issue. I see the following when i press the login button: "Network error: Disconnected from Ironclad online."
I looked up possible solutions, one of which suggested changing the port "IcoServerPort" to 8000, in the user settings config file found in "my games" folder. This did not work.

please, if it is in your power and not too expensive: fix this permanently.
This happens way too often. The community is visibly upset by those steady server outages. Cant you fix that error with some admin or programming hours? The community is loosing members because of this and i'd hate to see the (online-)game go down the drain when player numbers reach the too low threshold. It was already close to doomsday before the steam sale in that regard.
Can you maybe provide some info on what causes those errors ico server side? Be technical if needbe.

Thanks for the response. Are you utilizing a steam copy of Trinity? I have opened a ticket with stardock and have yet to hear anything yet. My friend (using a steam copy as well) is also having the same issue. If the server is actually running then it has to be on our end, I just haven't a clue what the issue would be. So far, I just keep getting the dreaded "Disconnected from Ironclad Online" message. Good times.
Do you have any ZoneAlarm or firewall's that may be blocking your connection to the server?
We have monitoring for when there are issues and currently there aren't any.
