Last days I can't see\join any valid lobby. I see in the streams that people keep playing and actually have lobbies to join while I only see the "stuck" ones (there're 3 stuck ones at the moment I'm writing which is another problem) and I can't see anything else. When I try to host noone seems to join

Have you been using modding? We have a bug where if you change your modding settings it interferes with your version.
Can you try deleting your OptionsSave.xml in My Documents/My Games/Offworld/?

I changed the Game Mod option to Reference but didn't save it.I then changed it back to None. I then changed other settings and hit save.My version then got messed up and I was unable to see or join my friend's games.An uninstall via steam was not enough. I had to delete all references to *OffWorld on my C drive.My Documents/My Games/Offworld/ was a folder that I deleted.I then reinstalled and everything worked.
Yes, we recently discovered a bug in the Mod dropdown. If you expand the dropdown and select None, the game thinks that you are now playing the mod called "None". Deleting your OptionsSave.xml from My Documents/My Games/Offworld/ resets that value back to the default. It should be fixed in the next update. Sorry about that.
