You should know that to make a completely new mod takes alot of time. I could see that your weapon effects is all of the origiinal SOASE. When you will look carefull in Babylon 5 there are not such weapons. To find models for Babylon 5 is also very hard. I would tell to make a completely new mod will take you at least 6 months and you have to work hard on it. I would suggest you to help Tobiwahn better with his mod that it can be ready earlier. To start a new one doesn't make any sense.

I really want to make this mod, I've invested most of my spare time getting it to where it is now. I've asked for help with our effort time and again, and while some have helped (and still do) greatly, for most people, doing the work is too much hard labour. And I do understand that not everyone wants or can invest the time to create all that content.
We have done this work, we did not falter. And we continue to work on it for us and the community. And as long as I continue to work on this mod I cannot and will not allow someone to just copy my mod, tweak a little and release it as his own. As said before, if it were a different game engine I would help port the models/textures, as that would help the modding community as a whole. Una vez descomprimido, abrimos el juego y le damos a opciones.
Abajo del todo aparecerá la opción de "Mods", la seleccionamos y se observará un mod llamado: "Spanish Rebellion 1.80".
Activamos dicho mod y aplicamos los cambios.
Si hay algun error se intentara corregir.
Si descomprimis el archivo con winrar,cread una carpeta que se llame(spanish rebellion 1.80)y colocad los arhivos dentro,despues colocad la carpeta en Mods-Rebellion v1.80 y activad el mod.

Extract/Unzip the file into the Rebellion 1.82 mod folder (C:\Users\**YOURUSERNAME**\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Mods-Rebellion v1.82).
Reopen the game, go to Options, then Mods, then click the mod in the left box, click enable, click apply.
