I noticed today that this game have an cheat that let you have children "CTRL+F". I try it in game and I got a message "it a girl!", but that all it happen. Anyone know what going on? I try to search and look up on this, but can't seem to find any information on it. It thought the cheat will spawn some kind of units or something. But nothing happen, just a simple message.

Yeah there was info on this in another thread. Some UI screens that would show up after pressing Ctrl-F are removed from the game though the underlying mechanics are still there if I understand correctly.
They are there to tease.
Why would you want a kid in game? They are annoying enough in RL
Thank for the reply guys. And sjaminei it not that I like kid in the game lol. I just want a dynasty feeling to the game. This is why I love the Sim 3 and The Guild game. Where when your main character kick the bucket, their kid take over.
Btw-- I test the Ctrl -F some more. Something there no message and nothing happen. While sometime the message pop up and I notice a random female NPC "wife" spawn at my capital.
