Been having these fairly frequently so reinstalled dropbox and will post them as they occur
I posted one of these earlier, and Derek said that it's fixed in the next version. Hopefully they'll release 0.8 today, or tomorrow at the latest.

I already have a thread about this issue. CTD (Crashes to Desktop). I figured out a fix which may work for you, it worked for me and others when I was having the same exact problem. Simply have steam re check your files. If your not sure how to do this: Go to your steam library -> Right click Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes -> Go to Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of game cache Let it do its thing. When its done, it should say 1 or more files were missing, and automatically download them. This -should- fix your CTD problem.

Still getting end of turn CTDs.
Verified integrity of game cache thru steam, twice to ensure the files were verified each time (ie ran verification, 1 bad file, immediately reran verification a second time and got 0 files bad).
Set firewall to allow LH to contact internet (see my other thread in this LH support forum regarding this).
Got another end turn CTD.
Reran game cache integrity verification after CTD and 1 file failed to verify. Whether the CTD causes the file to go bad, or the file goes bad and then causes the CTD is unknown.

This end turn CTD has been occurring with increasing frequency until lately it happens most every end turn and it can take 3-4 attempts to successfully end turn.
Game settings: Random map, Huge world, temperate, no wildlands, default production pace, plenty quest freq., Insane world difficulty, dense monsters, normal pacing, dense magic strength, dense resource frequency, more often random events, 6 opponents (all empires -- the 4 default and 2 custom), insane opponent intelligence (all 6), normal surrender threshold, victory conditions conquest only (the other 3 turned off), my sov is custom, currently Fall 208 A.C. (season 175).
No mods except:
-Parrottmath's fix for Tremor spell
-I upped max tile city resources from the default 9, to 12.
CTDs continue, 4 of 4 CTDs since previous post. Enclosed is a save game from this turn.

It's pretty much unplayable now. That's a shame because it's a great game. I'm still holding on vs the insane world/AIs, with a good map and enough cities to win this.
Try running it without the mods. The last patch could of messed up something with them.
But I'm sorry to hear my fix didn't work. I know its worked for me, and a few friends as well, all which do not run any mods what so ever. I'm figuring its just those tiny few mods you have that are screwing up something, for whatever reason.
I uninstalled (using steam) then went thru and deleted all the leftover folders I could find (in Steam folder and in the My Games folder), then ran CCleaner's registry cleaner, then reinstalled and verified the files using steam. Didn't add back the mods, and used the save game that was giving me problems (dropbox linked above) -- still CTD about 6 out of 6 attempts (each time that one 1 file was verified bad).
Thought maybe I should re-add the 'increase starting city resources from 9 max to 12' change, in case that affected the save game, and it still CTD'd about 6 of 6 times.
So, went back to initial starting position save for that game and am playing it from the beginning again. About 15 turns in and no problems. That the CTD was increasingly occurring as time went on suggests either a memory or some mid-game process.

Ah, I probably should of mentioned that with my fix you gotta start a new game lol, or the problem will still be there hard coded. >.<;
Just wanted to thank Kael and/or the coding magicians that fixed the crash that was plaguing my game. Yes, I kept the old game and tried it under .80 and after a half dozen turns I'd like to report no crashes! Not starting a new game with a new version is not the smartest thing but it's such a great game I want to see it through, so I tried it. And it works fine!
So thanks to all you hard working SD folks!
