It's not often that Dom3 is on sale, and even then it's usually only a few bucks, so now would be a great time to pick it up

It's an amazing game but not for everyone. At this price it's worth finding out for yourself.
Looks like it was one day only, but I would have missed the deal without the thread, so . Been waiting to grab it ever since I saw it had gone to GG, though I figured I'd have to wait until the summer sale.
Been checking out some of Das' Lets Play on it on youtube, since I only ever played the demo previous to this -- and that was a long time back. A lot of good info there, if others are like me and in the rank beginner section of seating for the game. Anyways, looking forwards to putting some time into it finally.
Put a new version on Kickstarter already. I have dom 3 ofcourse...
Very good price. For years when it went on sale it would drop to $55 from $60, or something equally ridiculous, haha. It's a great game though, and still a very active multiplayer crowd out there.
It is a great game, but the burn out rate is pretty among many players.
Because the micro is just god awful. Unless you stink and just get wiped out by turn 30 or so
Lousy graphics, barely competent AI, fantastic game. I've known people who have dived into it that never emerged into reality, again.

I just bought Dom 3 some months ago. Its a gem. They should put dom 4 on kickstarter and use some extra money on graphics and UI
I'd be willing to play Dom IV as a PBEM game but if it's still as unintuitive as Dom III then....
