Am i the only one who can´t build markets and the merchant cross bazzar in towns?
I install the patch and nothing, i uninstall the game and reinstalled and nothing, i aply new patch and nothing, i can´t build those economic buildings in my towns.

I can build merchants, but not markets or the Bazaar after researching trading. The patch notes stated that Bazaar can only be built in towns, but my first settlement is already a town and still nadda. Not sure whether there's a level requirement, but the lack of markets is kind of pointing towards the possibility of a bug.

No, it means you can download .098b, which will include this (and presumably one or two other changes). Then run the beta patch.

Yes, but I don't know whether you'll have to start a new game, or not. Try the patch, then bring up your current game, and let us know what you see.

I downloaded the patch <FallenEnchantress-0.980_update_setup_b.exe> from the download section. When run it said I am on the most current version of the game. Tried the game and no market too.
You will have too wait for the next patch for a fix. Derek just means it will be fixed in the next patch.
well i had that patch installed. I try to reinstall it but i cant because i alredy have the latest version.
What's in 098b, then? It's different from 098, and there's been no word about it.
I downloaded the patch and it installed just fine
Checked my town - no option for either
Forced myself to play a couple of turns, in the middle of the work day, since an outpost was about to go to level two,
I had planned it to be a fort so I saved the game and when the option came up selected town -
Neither of the above is an option, yes there is a merchant.
Seems the decsision for markets and tyax offices was to force players to have a "spears and butter" economy, so this seems to be a big one.

Derek, I think you're confusing him a bit. He wants to know if the current beta update includes the fix you mention.
No, we aren't streaming so the fix will be inlcuded in the next patch.
