I saw Auqia in the lobby once just chilling, but he never went in a game as long as I was in the lobby...
Efe still plays...one of the few people (to my knowledge) that isn't always Vasari whoring...
Kbroke, KoK, and Greg still play...of those three I've seen kbroke the most...
Allegedly Carpetbomb still plays, though I've never personally seen him...
There are some other good players out there (some old guard, some new, some I'm not sure if their name is just different) but most of them basically Vasari whore, so judging their actualy skill is difficult...
If thats really everyone, RIP Sins. A real shame.

Well I only have ~60 games, not like I'm online 24/7 or anything...
Like I said, there are several people who seem good (or have good reputations) but I've only seen them Vasari whore...Dwish, DumDeeDum, etc....
Translation: No new players can be good at Sins.
I have seen Star around a bit as well. A couple of older faces like Cult have appeared too, but mostly its new people.
He's an old face, I figured I'd bring him up...besides, don't you know? KoK can never lose....
I don't have much time to play anymore.
Maybe newbies have patience with StarClad, maybe not, but forums are getting crickets and cobwebs.
Translation: people who know the game quit because balance needs total revamp. New people are having fun because of novelty factor. Once they realize current gameplay limitations they quit too.
I still play, yet the number of players that are online at any given time vary between 60 to 250 nowadays. Which is admittedly very sad...
I have a 20mbs connection with a bad ping so Stop whining about absenties because im very absent and i very much hate to be thus have no choice but to be. <sigh>

Idk, their tolerancance may be slightly higher since they didn't deal with any of the balance issues in diplomacy or before...I can tell that some of the current "skilled players" also get lots of kicks from wiping noobs with Orkies and dragging games out as VL, so ironically the balance patch may actually cause them to quit.....
They will whine and dine with the spoils of war before them but the whinning will dimmer to nothingness and they will once again login to play the game they paid for and face all the new challenges with every patch.
Hmm if you are calling those skilled players then i feel bad for you, some of the names i'd agree with, some not so much. Also if you have the time to post, you have time to play :]
I only mentioned those of the old guard who are using the same name...whether they are considered "skilled" or not I really don't care about...
Yes carpetbomb plays, I can vouch for it because I am the carpetbomb. I play on random days of the week, usually only 1-3 games a week. I had a perfect win/loss score 14 games in, probably because all the noobs in the game stand about 5 min against standard rush tactics. Also, I don't feel the need to pad my score by having 90/100 games as wins, as these wins feel hollow because I know i'm not facing the best. The higher aspect of the game is hurting at the moment, yet there are promising noobs out there who are starting to get competent enough to last a while. Once we have a new decent crop i'd recommend some of the old players come back in and at least see where the community has progressed.

Lets not bloat about this subject, there are very few pro players these days. The amount of idiocy i see from "upper players" in 5's and 4's is due to complacency. Carpet is a good player, but by no means should you be looking down from upon your high horse.
I will teach all who wish to learn. Unlike you other "pros."....

The reason why you're seeing only 150 and not 1500 or 15,000 is because 99.5% of all the people who ever bought the game only play it offline in single player. I don't know if they prefer to play Starcraft or if they're just afraid of playing against other people who they don't know or if they think it will take too long to play online.
It will take too long,it will have stacked("skilled" like to win) or random unfair teams,it will crash,it will lag and disconnect...it wont be played at all,because new guys getting kicked......
Being 'skilled' on sins means being a dedicated asshole
Or that us single players see that most troll posts are MP's and dont want to deal with the immaturity online.....
