Hi there, this is becoming annoying on how bad the support is by stardock, i have sumited 2 tickets with no one picking em up.
I want to update my game but you have taken away the original and been replaced with the newer veration of this game. Please is there any way of registering this game or have i wasted my money?
It's possible your emails aren't being received. Have you gotten any auto-response emails? You can try submitting a ticket directly through our system here:

If you have gotten an auto-response, what is the ticket # that you were given? I should be able to look it up that way.
Also, keep in mind, our ticketing system works off of the "Last Reply" date to put things in order. This means if you send a new email, it will push your ticket back to the end of the line.
yes i did get the auto-reply tickets numbers are as follows:WDQ-224-30693, and the 1st one i sent is:OMG-422-62558.

Your emails got through, so as soon as they get to the front of the queue, they'll be handled. We have a 48 hour turn around time for responses, and while it's usually much less than that, it does vary based on volume and time of day. Stardock office hours are 9-4, M-F, so if you submit a ticket late in the day (EST), there's no one to see it until at least the next day.
Thanks for your help, but they our saying the key has been used and i have to buy a new key for £6.49 (discount not at all) when i got the game brand new from game in the UK for £4.99. this is the worst thing stardock can do is try and charge me twice coz they have been had by this roddy guy, not my fault but there you go. I will not be buying no more stardock products and will not be recommending them to no one. well done guys u have lost ur self a customer and i will be reporting this to trading standers.
