Ok, I had seem many A.I had path of defesne, path of warror, path of assion in 5 level, same other 3 to 7 level, and some all had that trait path of warrior, path of assion, seem like a.I sovereign cheating had so many trait in low level like 5 to 7.
Agreed, something's fishy - not sure what yet, though.
