I made a list of mods, as well as links to download them. It's here:
https://skydrive.live.com/redir.aspx?cid=254986dc2ae6afcd&resid=254986DC2AE6AFCD!110&parid=254986DC2AE6AFCD!106&authkey=!AG8hlZdgFj1SZxQ
Anyone can use it, just make sure you mention that the file was created by me.
Note: I decided to do the file by category, and so added a filter. If you know what type of mod you want, click the drop-down arrow in Cell A1, click filter, and checkbox and/or uncheckbox what type of mod you want.
*To any mods I have missed* Either PM me on these forums with a link to you mod page, or send an email to imperatorpavel@hotmail.com
Happy Modding!

Enhanced 4X Mod
There's already a pretty good list of mods here, though since you have all that in a nice table that can be seen at one glance, perhaps add 3 more columns for each of the currently up to date versions of Sins (I.e. Diplomacy 1.34, Entrenchment 1.53 etc.). You can then but an X or ✔ to indicate if the mod is for that version, allowing new players to see quickly what mods they can check out for their version.
Cool!
Any recommendations?
What version of Sins do you have and what kind of mod are you looking for friend?

Good idea Goa. I'll do that.

Sins of the younger races

What are you qualifying as a mod here? Things that add new ships or just any mod that anyone happens to make? If the latter, you should probably split your list up into categories, eg: Overhauls, Race Additions, Graphics Mods, Ship Additions, Balance Mods, etc.
My usual definition of a mod is anything that adds major things to Sins itself (eg, Races, Planets, Graphics). The excel file is meant to be a compilation of hyperlinks to mods that change Sins in some significant way. The list is meant mainly for noobs who want to try out mods, but don't want to have to sort through millions of small mods to search for a 7DS or a Sins of the Fallen download link. I'll change my criteria, though.
I also plan on adding a small guide on installing mods.
Edit: Updated list with Sins of the Younger Races, Enhanced 4x, and all the mods from the directory of planet mods.
Edit2: Added Sinperium's Rebalanced Races.
I think you meant that you added my Rebalanced Races mod
Add the version each mod is for, for which expansion, a link to its latest download, and a better consolidation of official sites or “other links”, and you will have succeeded in doing something other than recreating another way to look at modding topics on this forum, which is what you currently have.
Also your mod types are bad.
oops. Sorry.
When I went to check, I realized that the hyperlinks weren't working. Now they do.
Dawn of Victory (original version)
Sins of the Prophets (Entrenchment)
Sins of a Galactic Empire (Entrenchment)
7ds beta (Entrenchment)
Maelstrom (All versions)
Distant Stars (Diplomacy)
Star Wars Requiem (Diplomacy)
Sins of the Fallen (Diplomacy)
Sins of the Fallen: Blood and Chrome (Battlestar Galactica) (Diplomacy, work in progress)
Stargate Races (Diplomacy)
Stargate Invasion (Diplomacy)
Star Trek: Sacrifice of Angels 2 (Diplomacy)
Babylon 5: Sins of the Younger Races (Diplomacy)
Goa's 4x mod (Diplomacy)
have all of that, except for Sins of the Prophets.
For the record Requiem also has an Entrenchment version, but its no where near as good.
I didn't see versions listed.
Multiple Stars Graphics Mod [Vanilla Sins v1.191+, Entrenchment v1.051+, Diplomacy v1.011+] (Not compatible with Rebellion)
lol, what mod is?
I just figured it would need to be said ... I know how to make it compatible, just am going to wait until a complete stable launch first.
Um no offense but Distant Stars is far more then a planet mod. More of an enhancement mod.
I just categorized my categories by what the mods added most of.
Also, I won't include direct download links. While I don't usually care about what a mod contains before I download it, others might, so no direct download links right now. I'll probably add a direct download link page later, as well as putting which versions and game/expansion that the mod can run on later, as well as revise my categories later.
Currently, I don't have the time to add pages or anything because of (mostly) school. In a month (after summer break starts), I'll be able to add everything everyone is requesting.
So, basically, be patient with me for about one month (until the end of May), and I will promptly add the things you all are requesting. On May 31 or June 1, post here reminding me of the things that I promised today (I know I will forget them), and they will become real. The only reason I added the categories I have now is because that was quick and didn't take long. Until summer break, all I'll be able to concentrate on concerning this is adding mods to the list.
Also, I would appreciate it if you checked wether or not I had your mod on the list before you posted any information on it. No offense to any one, but it kinda gets annoying.
Thank you for your patience, and dealing with my somewhat-rantish speech,
ImperatorPavel
Please do not offer direct download links. We do like our webpages/forum threads to be visited
(Speaking for SOTYR at least)
Yes please do not offer direct download links. If people are directed to the Mod Thread to download, then they realize that there is a place for them ask questions about, see FAQ, and get support from the mod team directly.
I would also add a new Mod Type, 'Enhancement' to include ones such as Distant Stars as they include such things as Planet mods and Graphics mods. In a way, DS and other mods like it group many aspects together to enhance the game experience.
@TobiWahn_Kenobi, and boshimi336
I had originally figured it would be better to just have hyperlinks to the mod thread than to have hyperlinks to a direct download, mainly for the reasons mentioned by boshimi.
@Boshimi
I'll add mod type "Enhancement" to the list.
Edit: Added Battlefleet Gothic, Sins of New Eden, and Sins of the Prophets.
